Mooloolaba Yacht Brokers was founded in 1984 and has operated from the same Marina based offices on Queensland 's Sunshine Coast ever since. Located one hour North of Brisbane at the Mooloolaba Marina with the ocean only 500 metres away, M.Y.B. and the Parent Company, Racereach Pty Ltd is owned by ex Kiwi, Ian Douglas.

M.Y.B. is the Queensland Agent for Jeanneau, Australian and New Zealand Importer of Nautitech Catamarans, Australian Distributor for Broadblue Catamarans UK.

Charter Yacht Solutions Pty Ltd and European Yachting Pty Ltd are also part of this group and operate from the same premises.

The M.Y.B. team is made up of Phil Gray, Gary and Lesley Dunshea, Kerry Brodel, and Vicki Philips.

Phil is a past Australian 505 title holder, Qualified Ships Master 4, Superyacht to 3000t, Master 5 vessel to 24 m, 14 Transatlantic, Sydney Hobart's, RYA sailing instructor.

Gary is a Qualified Watch Captain, Superyachts to 3000t and Australian Coxswain, Lesley has circumnavigated the World on a 50ft yacht, all three have spent years involved in the South of France and West Indies sailing.

Phil and Gary look after Clients wanting to purchase or sell yachts, power boats and marina berths, Lesley is in charge of office administration and keeping the boys under control.

Reception, phones and data, are Kerry's domain and Vicki makes sure the books are tidy.
